Delivery charges

Where checkout offers delivery included in the product price, that delivery is not charged again. Any other available delivery charge is shown before payment. Product availability and prices depend on the destination. For islands, remote postcodes or items requiring special transport, contact ElectroPrimo before ordering so availability and any additional charge can be confirmed. We will not collect an additional charge without your agreement.

Delivery and tracking

Delivery dates and tracking are communicated when confirmed by the fulfilment partner; an order confirmation is not a dispatch confirmation. Check product dimensions, access and any installation requirements before ordering a large appliance.
